International Association "Georgian Cuisine"(further «Association»)is a non-enterprise (nonprofit) artificial person, based on the membership according to the Civil Code of Georgia. It is a voluntary public association of parties, connected by common activity and professional interests. The Association brings together individuals interested and working in the field of Georgian cuisine across the world, independent experts, temporarily unemployed, teachers of state and commercial educational institutions, coaches, masters in this field and other individuals, who are connected with production and establishment of related fields.
2.2.1. Defending the organizational unity and integrity of the Association and its members;
2.2.2. Mutual collaboration with member organizations of the Association, recognition of equality and their independence;
2.2.3. Selectivity of governing bodies of the Association and accountability before members;
2.2.4. Collegiality of management;
2.2.5. Equal representation of women and men in management;
2.2.6. Publicity and transparency of decisions;
2.2.7. Social partnership, collaboration with employers and their associations.
