The Georgian Chamber of Commerce Industry and Georgian Vocational Education Foundation has signed a memorandum of cooperation in purpose of business promotion.

The president of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce Industry Mr. Kakha Baindurashvili and the board chairman of the Georgian Vocational Education Foundation Mr. Alexander Ejibadze signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The memorandum aims to promote business by supporting the vocational learning-retraining system, determine the need of the business for the labour resources, ensure it with the adequately educated personnel, provide organizational support for realization of innovative projects through partners and donors.

 

 The memorandum intends to formation of the non-formal vocational learning-retraining mobile system through active participation of entrepreneurs, establishment of the learning sites in enterprises, workshops and educational centers, involvement of the vocational learning-retraining programs and internships in the international exchange programs.

 

According to the memorandum, the informational, methodical, learning –retraining main and regional centers will be established by efforts of the aegis under the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Foundation.

The future plans includes: creation of the database of the qualified human recource –HR and JOBS and promotion of enmployment, formation of the “internet-shop” for vocational learning – retraining courses, internships, distance learning and consultation service, organizing the seminars and trainings for the modern forms of the small and medium-sized business production.
