The concept was developed by EUROCHAMBRES Academy more than a decade ago. 

Initially the Academy focuses its efforts on the European Chamber of Commerce, then it 
has expanded its activities, including the activities in Eastern Europe, Asia and Latin 
America.

The main objectives of the Academy «East Invest» are:
• Conduct specialized management training BSO 6 EaP countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, 
Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

• Strengthen all aspects of BSO: support the interests / representational skills, services 
to SMEs, the preservation of membership, financial management, investment 
promotion, territorial marketing, etc.

• Facilitating communication between the leaders of the BSO 6 EaP countries.

Employees of the Georgian Vocational Education Foundation, as representatives of business support organizations (BSO - Business Support Organisations), under the project East Invest -2 received training programs in BSO Academy:

- “Train the trainers” on the EU regulations and standards for the export of agricultural and food products;

- Advocacy and  lobbying for the export of agricultural and food products.

Currently GVEF has offered to the Ministry of Agriculture and the Agency for Agricultural Cooperative Development 

to hold targeted trainings for representatives of the priority sectors of agricultural production and farmers cooperatives members on topical issues of the export, then will be condacted by trainers BSO Academy.
